The Women’s VAULT is coming – a competition built for and by the women’s darts community, launching across the UK & Ireland on 20th April. It follows the same format as the VAULT you already know and love, with event entries opening 7 days before each competition.
This is just the beginning.
32 NEW players FROM THE UK & IRELAND every series will qualify for the WADC Vault National Finals IN 2027, with a total of 224 players qualifying.

Each series is designed to maximise play time, minimise waiting around, and create a competitive-but-welcoming environment that keeps players coming back. For venues, it’s a ready-made community night — buzzing with energy, simple to host, and built to grow.
HOW IT WORKS
- Weekly Round-Robin Series
- Runs for 7 Weeks each series
- Fast-fire format – Best of 3 in the groups
- 8 players per event – 2 groups of 4 players
- Pathway to bigger opportunities including National Finals.
- Progression from local, to regional, to national opportunities
- Suitable for all levels of abilities, from social players to advanced level players

VAULT’s format is built for action. With a clear structure, fair progression, and a guaranteed number of games, players know exactly what they’re getting — a full night of competitive darts without the long waits. It’s easy to run, easy to play, and keeps the focus on what matters: the game.
THE FORMAT
- Round-Robin Format
- 2 Groups of 4
- Group stages – Best of 3
- Knockout stages – Best of 5
- Top 2 from each group advance to the knockout stages
- Limited to 8 players per event
- Minimum of 3 games per night, for £6, if the event is full

POINTS WORK?
VAULT rewards your performance throughout the series with a clear, tiered points system with points awarded at each stage of the competition:
5-8 PLAYERS
- Group Stage – 1pt
- Semis – 2pts
- Runner up – 4pts
- Champion – 8pts
HOW DOES
RANKING WORK?
VAULT’s ranking system is designed to reward consistency and performance over time.
We give players the flexibility to compete as often as they like to try and improve.

THE UK & IRELAND HAS ONE RANKING TABLE.
TOP 16 PLAYERS
Top 16 players per series, per national table will be awarded with a percentage of the prize fund raised.
TOP 32 UK & IRELAND PLAYERS
The top 32 players in the ranking table will qualify for the National Finals in 2027 with a total of 224 players.
If someone is already qualified and placed in the top 32 in the following series, it will be awarded to the next player in the table.
REGIONAL FINALS
Eleven regional finals will be held during every series 3-week break.
Any player who participates in five events within the 7-week series will qualify.
Players may attend any regional final. Find your nearest event and attend.
- Regional Finals will have free entry, with £200 added per Finals Event – funded by WADC/ADC
WADC ENTRY RULES & SANCTIONS
UK & IRELAND - EFFECTIVE DATE: 21st APRIL
TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION
- By entering, you agree to complete all your matches and fulfill any chalking responsibilities.
- Leaving early before finishing your games or assigned chalking duties will result in the sanctions detailed below.
- If you are unable to attend, you must inform the organisers with as much notice as possible.
- This allows another player the opportunity to take your spot.
MARKING RESPONSIBILITIES
Group Matches
- All group matches have allocated markers.
- Each player is responsible for marking their assigned games.
Knockout Matches
- The player finishing at the bottom of each group is required to stay and mark the semi-final matches.
- One of the losing semi-finalists must mark the final.
- Failure to mark any assigned game will result in sanctions as detailed below.
GENERAL CONDUCT
- Players are expected to show respect toward opponents, organisers, and venues, and conduct themselves appropriately.
- Each player is responsible for their own actions.
- Any misconduct reported by organisers will result in the sanctions outlined below.
SANCTIONS
If any of the above rules are violated and reported by a venue organiser, the following sanctions may apply:
- Verbal Warning – This may be skipped depending on the severity of the complaint.
- 1-Week Suspension
- 1-Series Suspension
- 1-Year Suspension
Only complaints issued by venue organisers will be considered.

By entering any WADC Vault event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the rules and sanctions outlined.
